Project description
Tower of 110m of height with 25 stories. The tower will be the headquarter of TELEFONICA - Spain.
La whole work is composed by a 27stories tower (2 underground) and a underground parking.
Technical data
The parking is in RC, the tower is done with a central core in RC and slabs in pre-stressed post-tensioning concrete. The structural facade is constructed by lineal elements with regular distance (interiorly) and random distribuiting elements called "bambu" (exteriorly).
